I know after this post i will be hated by many females but i felt its time for someone to raise voice against this rising inhumane behavior towards males and in particularly females!
Yes you heard it right, all this misguided feminism is affecting females way more than guys.
Tell me one thing, oh co'on baby talk to me, so yeah Do we all go on shouting, "i wanna breathe because i am a human being", NO!
Do men go on shouting "i wanna invent and create awesome ideas because i am a man", umm daaah NO
Did anybody ask human beings to breathe and men to innovate and create.. i am tired of saying this but here you go, "NO"
so why do women go on shouting "we are at par with men", "we need to be treated equal", "we can also lead"
Ok Babe, Gudhiya, Aunty ji if you wanna innovate idea then INNOVATE, if you wanna create something then CREATE, if you want your opinion to be heard then STAND on it.
Ok now some of you will shout at me saying "in this male dominated world, we need our rights" or "we need our rights to roam around at whatever time we want in whatever clothes we want".. Tell me 1 thing, Are even men safe out on the roads in night? have you heard of murders, assault of men at night,YES.. Does that stop them from living out their dreams, NO.
so, what i hear are lot of excuses and lot of encouragement to those excuses from the so - called feminists.
DISCLAIMER (in the middle of the blog, #swag) - I request you to go further down the blog and not plot a murder against me for being so insensitive. I am not discussing about what hardships females go through. My point here is what all we create for ourselves adding on to the burden of already existing hardships!
So, let me get this straight if you are NONE of the below
-A woman hailing from rural background who is denied her basic rights and has no means of financial support other than her husband
-A woman who is born in an extremely Conservative society to have denied any opportunity to step out of home-school-college-marriage cycle
-A woman for whom education is the forbidden apple.
(Many more genuine cases of brutality against women i m sure exist and i am of limited awareness to point those out, working for all those i salute all the Human rights activist involved selflessly in their uprising)
And still You ARE the woman shrieking on top of your voice about an unfair and male dominated Planet and how HENCE you could not live your dream.. hehe Guddi bitiya zaraa mere saath aana
Do men advise those women to compare them with every female around and make even one superior female bring down their perfect world in bits with blood of self-loathe?
Do men privately request those females to surf on net lame things or insist us to gossip about non - existing incidents when on the other hand those women can get well aware of trending technologies and not just skim top headlines and latest Android versions to look "cool" ?
Do men send out letters personally to each one of those women for taking everything to their heart and remember the tiniest of issues and cling on to them for eternity ?
Do men poke women on FB and remind them to be judgmental of every woman they come across.. slut, melodramatic, Plain Jane, bossy, lazy, unaccomplished, fat,slim,short ,thin,under dressed, over dressed, dressed.Who all men handed out this list to those women?
Who in the hell do provide those women right to feel "victimized in relationship" who make their men feel special/important/handsome/funny even if that involves complete utter bullshit and lies. . who asked them to start this trend? why do those women have to convince themselves that they are not dating or committed to a jerk by telling the respected jerks that they are just the opposite of pathetic.. why cant that energy be invested by women in making themselves a better person in the first place and at the end of all energy consumption, weigh your scales and dump that jerk if not worth your life!

Empowered is a woman who does not get carried away by money or fame and can manage to keep her head balanced and still distinguish right from wrong..
Empowered is a woman who has the guts to apologize and stand up to her mistakes and heart to acknowledge her achievements and celebrate her victory..
Life was never meant to hit target salary or exhibition of utter arrogance while holding a powerful position.. Life has always been and will always be about following your heart and accomplishing what you love..A successful entrepreneur is as EMPOWERED as a house maker who is raising her kids and family to be better human beings.
Wouldn't it be better if we restrict and rejoice the utter importance and difference in female and male body anatomy ONLY to the process of Sex. FULLSTOP!
For the rest of the stuff in life ; create , innovate, dream, accomplish, live, laugh, love, eat, run, play,take-risks irrespective of your gender!
Lets just all of us become simply happy instead of giving fancy names to ourselves like feminist or chauvinist. After all Happiness is omni - sexual ;)

I agree with what your saying and they are really good points. I understand that though there are some genuine social problems women still can achieve their dreams and carry on with there life doing what they love to do. There are many women politicians,women CEOs and women entrepreneurs today because they were strong, independent women who overcame all these challenges.

In my opinion many women are not able to achieve their dreams not because of a victim hood mentality but because they are limiting themselves thinking that they are 'only a girl' and girls can't do this or that. All this is due to the social programming of the environment in which they grow up.(Let me give you an example, I have a friend, one day she told me that she wished she was a boy. when I asked her why, she said that if she was a boy she can do many things that she cant currently do being a girl. So I asked her what it is that she wants to do for which she said that she said that if she was a boy she would travel all around the world and all around all alone. I told her that there are many girls who are travelling the world all alone and she doesn't have to be a boy to do this. She was shocked when she heard this because according to her it was not 'safe' for a girl to go out like that all alone. Also I have met many girls who felt that once they get married their husbands can have 100% control over them and that was completely ok because they had no other way and also met girls who felt that it was wrong to divorce a husband even if he was highly abusive both physically and verbally. Surprisingly, none of these girls thought of themselves as victims but they were convinced that this is how the life of a girl is.)
My friend limited herself because she thought that being a girl there are certain things that she should not do. The Society has certain rules about what a girl should or should not do and the mind of women are programmed from a very young age accordingly. This is where feminists come into picture, feminists come and say,"Hey, you dont have to follow the rules that society sets up for women, You should have the freedom to choose what to do and what not to do and no one can force you to do something that you dont want to do". In the past, feminist founght against government for voting rights, equal pay, right to own property and business, etc. Today, feminists are not fighting for change in law but they are fighting for change in the mindset of people, which according to me is a more tough fight.
@jefferson extremely nicely put up point, well appreciated. But my point at hand is that the misguided feminists are asking men to change their mentality so that women can live a happy life. I am extremely grateful to those people because of whom there have been laws and constitution to support equal rights and I know the fight is still on. But a fight to urge the other person to change their mindset so that women can feel empowered that is leading to nowhere. And when the happiness or awareness or empowerment will stem from within the women there will be a much more awakened and balanced growth in women around. It would be so much peaceful for the species of women if they are urged to empower themselves rather than a general sense of hatred towards male community. That mid guided hatred is what I stand against of. Unnecessary game of superior inferior is what irks me. Why do women need to be equal men and JUST like men or why do they have to be better than them. Why can't they just be themselves and accomplish and flourish. Why wasting energy in proving on papers which gender is better and why go arrogant in the process. Freedom to live shall not come from the pretext of feeling superior . it should be living in harmony and coexisting for both the gebders while loving your own self and self growth matters!

ReplyDeleteVery well said.. I hope that all the readers of this post would understand the fact that only 'Misguided feminism' is "dangerous" and is "to be aware of". Feminism,as Jefferson aptly explained, is needed till the time community mindset changes for the better - one woman at a time.
